You only get so many second chances

Second chances.
So awkward. Don't you agree?
Putting everything aside and starting over.
Can you really ever put everything aside? I think I would actually have to say yes, for the most part.
But then things get bad and all those awful feelings come back and it's not fair. For you or another.
